We begin by listening: how you live, work or plan to use the space; constraints of the site; timelines and budget.
We test layouts, volumes and key moves — often through a handful of clear options to define the overall character.
Once a direction is agreed, we refine plans, sections and key details, coordinating with engineers and consultants.
We move into detailed drawings: joinery, finishes, lighting layouts and room-by-room coordination.
During construction, we review shop drawings, respond to queries and attend site as agreed.
At completion, we help with final checks, snags and necessary adjustments for day-one readiness.
